Geospatial Analysis - Whisper Mountain offers a variety of spatial models to aid in emergency planning. These models are developed on an ArcGIS 9 platform and can be served on the web via ArcGIS Server.
Online GIS Development - Using ArcGIS Server 9 as our platform for serving interactive online maps, we are able to provide visualization, analysis, and data management tasks to custom applications.
Geo-Visualization - Using the ArcGlobe platform we are able to visualize GIS data in 3D. This visualization can be converted to video clips, still images, or converted to kml so that it can be used in GoogleEarth.
GIS Data Development - Whisper Mountain is able to develop any type of spatial data. This can be developed from existing data, or collected in the field with the use of GPS.
To aid in collecting resource information, typing that information, and making it available to Emergency Managers; we have developed ERICS (Emergency Resource Inventory Collection System).

Whisper Mountain Professional Services is experienced in developing Emergency Operations Plans (EOP's). We have written EOP's for 29 Counties, 4 Tribes, and 6 Cities. These plans are designed around the way in which agencies and individuals actually function during an Emergency Event. We also provide training on the use of the plans that we develop.
We currently are working with 12 counties to develop their All Hazards Mitigatio Plans (AHMP's). We are skilled in all aspects of the Hazard Planning Process. By utilizing History, GIS, and cutting edge loss estimation methodologies we are able to deliver AHMP's that contain project roadmaps, which enable govenrments to implement the projects which have been defined within the plan.
Public involvement is key to the Community Planning Process. Dr. Fawcett has over 25 years experience in the development of consent in communities. Utilizing the process which he has developed we are able to help communities develop Comprehensive Plans, Master Plans, and pass bond elections. We also have the experience and ablitity to develop other public policies and procedures which aid in the implementation of community plans.
